Afghan Besim Mobile Money Company operates the My Money network and Poolam wallet as a fully owned subsidiary of Afghan Wireless Communication Company.

My Money is the brand of Afghan Besim Mobile Money Company (ABMMC), which operates an integrated mobile-money platform and ecosystem for customers, agents, merchants and partners.

ABMMC is a subsidiary of Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC). Public company information states that AWCC initiated mobile-money services in 2011 and that ABMMC obtained an Electronic Money Institution licence from Da Afghanistan Bank.
