Using Poolam means agreeing to the official terms and privacy policy. The public terms state that users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement.
Registration and account security
Customers must provide accurate and current registration information and protect account credentials. Suspected unauthorized use or a security breach should be reported immediately through official support.
Services and fees
Poolam provides mobile-wallet and payment services that may include storing, sending, receiving and managing electronic money, bill payment and merchant transactions. Applicable fees may change and should be reviewed before confirming a service.
Responsible and lawful use
Users must use Poolam lawfully, must not impersonate another person or entity, and must not interfere with another user's access or the service's operation.
Transaction verification and controls
Transactions can be subject to verification, fraud-prevention, compliance and operational controls. ABMMC may refuse, delay or cancel a transaction where permitted by the official terms and applicable requirements.
Customer responsibilities
- Confirm recipient information, amount and fee before authorizing.
- Keep transaction receipts and report discrepancies promptly.
- Never disclose a PIN, password or one-time code.
- Do not use the wallet for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited activity.
